Clouder is the first 1-hour eliquid delivery service in the UK. We bring together vapers & vape shops through our app which can be downloaded in the iOS store.
Q. How much does it cost?
There are no monthly or set-up fees. We only take a small commission on completed orders, this will depend on the services you are subscribed to.
Q. How do I join Clouder with my vape shop?

Q. How will I manage the orders arriving in the dashboard?
Thanks to our easy to use dashboard the order journey is split into simple to understand statuses. Managing mobile orders then becomes moving them between descriptive tabs. The flow will integrate seamlessly with your everyday bussiness life.
Q. What happens when an item becomes out of stock?
You can manage which items appear as "Out of Stock" in the app, by going to My Venues tab in the dashboard and clicking "Edit Products".
Q. How will my customers place orders?
After downloading the app your customer is just 5-Taps away from placing an order, whether Click & Collect or Delivery. With an intuitive design, easy filtering and no technical barrier there has never been an easier way to shop.
Q. How will I receive my money?
Payments are processed within 7 working days and will be transferred to your bank account following clearing.
Q. How do I handle delivery orders?
You run your store, Clouder takes care of delivery.
Q. How do I communicate with my customers about their orders?
The customers phone number as well as a way to leave them a message is located in the Dashboard.
